Use:

Use.
Cut out areas slightly larger than required and glue on excess
Cut off the foil on the object with a sharp knife. Treat indentations on the model with ear sticks or toothpicks.
In difficult cases, I heat the film to fit it everywhere. Prick any air bubbles with a sharp needle and smooth them out.
